Complaint Policy
- Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. A touch-up is recommended 4-6 weeks after the first session for optimal results.
- Since the regeneration process takes 4-6 weeks, we assess and adjust results after this period.
- Immediate concerns like significant asymmetry or irritation should be reported within 72 hours.
